Neutechnic III

Opening your garage door from your car is not only easy, it's safe too. At the touch of a button, the automatic operator opens the garage door and lights the garage interior. You drive into the garage and the door can then be closed behind you. All without leaving the safety and comfort of your car.

The Neutechnic III operator comes with two hand transmitters as standard and for additional safety and security, hand transmitters select a code from more than 1 billion possibilities.

Other options available include a range of hand transmitters as well as switches, wall consoles and push buttons.

Door Security Device

To prevent your garage door from being forced open, the Neutechnic III features a security device which engages in the mechanism's boom on closing. This security device remains fully functional even during a power failure.

No Trap Risk

If obstructed, the automatic cut-out halts the closing door and automatically raises it about 30cms. This safety mechanism is self-adjusting and self-testing.

Universal Fitting

All Garador Up & Over and Sectional doors are compatible with the Neutechnic III operator.

Neutechnic III

The Neutechnic III door operator has a belt driven mechanism which is compatible with all current Garador Up & Over and Sectional garage doors. The motor unit has a streamlined plastic cover and, in the event of power failure, the Auto Expert can be overridden manually.

Wall Consoles

Wall consoles and push buttons are extremely practical if you want to operate the door and control different functions from a fixed location without the use of a hand transmitter.

Hand Transmitters

Hand transmitters are the most common and very convenient controls. Transferring your operator's code to additional hand transmitters is easy. They come in a variety of sizes such as standard, micro, mini, round mini & cigarette lighter.

Electric Operator Warranty

A 5 year warranty is granted on our electric operators. This includes operator mechanics, motor and motor control system. A 2 year warranty is granted on radio equipment, accessories and system controls. There is no warranty on consumables (eg fuses, batteries, lamps etc).
