To help us identify what the problem might be with your door, it is helpful if you have the following information:

• Garage door manufacturer (usually found on the handle or side of the door)
• Garage door size (usually found on the side or sticker on the back of the door)
• Garage door material (steel, timber or GRP)
• Garage door spring position (over head or down each side)

We only charge if we are able to fix the problem (and all our work is guaranteed!)

Before we undertake a repair we will advise the cost, if parts are required and the length of time before a repair can be carried out.
